Delivery
Your order will be delivered to your home, office or hospital in a goingtohospital bag. Delivery in emergency time - according to your needs. All orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received. Please allow extra time for processing over weekends and public holidays. If your order has not been delivered within 3 days (unless agreed postage time is more than this) please contact us via email and we will reply promptly.
Postage
Our standard delivery fee is for postage in an Australia Post Express satchel.
Please note that overnight delivery is only guaranteed within the areas listed by Australia Post. Click here to check your area.
Courier Service
If you are in the Sydney Metro area and require emergency delivery, we offer a courier service however it is required that someone is able to sign for package when delivered. Please let us know if you require this and we will arrange.
International Orders
Please email us if you require delivery outside of Australia.
Payment Options
At the checkout, you will you have the options to pay for your order in a number of ways:
- PAY PAL – "a safe, easy way to pay online with out sharing your financial information". PayPal allows payment from a credit card or through a bank account. Once you register with PayPal you won't look back! Click here for details.
- EFT – if you prefer not to register with PayPal, we will provide our bank account details on your invoice. Please make sure you include your invoice number and your surname for us to match payment on bank statement. Please also email us when you have made EFT so we can look out for it.
Garment Sizing
We currently have two sizing charts that relate to different garments. We understand this can be confusing but as an explanation, we converted to a new sizing system so we could offer you more sizing options!
Eventually all our garments will be available in the new sizes ranging from 1-5 however currently our spa and champagne coloured garments are only in S/M and M/L.
Please refer to the size chart that relates to your garment choice under the garment description or feel free to email us with any queries.
Out of stock items
If we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, we will contact you promptly and offer you an alternative or a refund. Be assured that we will do our very best to avoid this situation.
Returns Policy
If any of the items are unsuitable you may return them within 30 days of receipt. Please email us and we will provide address for the return.
We will refund the value of the goods or credit the value against a future order. We regret that shipping charges are only refundable if we have made an error in the goods we have supplied or the goods are damaged.
